I'll wear the bite splint for another 3 weeks. After that, I'll contact my website hosting and establish a domain for my new jaw surgery recovery website. I'm working on the content and design now, and will fill the site with valuable resources and information for others who will go through this. It's scary, yes, but your recovery doesn't have to be miserable :-) I typically cry when I get a cold, but I've felt great since day 1.... the things I've been doing to recovery faster have helped, so I feel it's my responsibility to share that information in a usable, accessible, easy-to-navigate format. Stay Tuned! And anyone that needs the information immediately, post a comment or email me and I'll see what I can do.

New Year's Updates - 21 Days After Jaw Surgery
Today marks 21 days since I went into the operating room for major jaw surgery. I made a video on New Year's Eve and another one today (3 January) but posted both today. Both are a bit longer than I prefer, about 9-10 minutes, but the talking is good exercise for my jaw and it's good to have the videos for comparison later.
